Saw 5 telephone ads cause a stir

A unique form of advertising has caused a stir for the upcoming Toronto-filmed horror flick Saw 5.

An interactive telemarketing scheme has created a bit of fun for some people, and caused grief for others.

Constable Tracey Bednarczyk of the OPP's Nottawasaga detachment says she knows that giving these calls publicity will probably increase their frequency, but that the public needs to know the threat isn't real.
