Two women are in custody after Toronto police officers were attacked by a pair of pit bulls.
Police were called to an apartment building on Scarborough Golf Club Road around 1:30 Saturday morning.
The dogs were shot -- one died at the scene and the second was wounded, which was taken away by Animal Control.
It's not clear whether charges will be laid.
The two women -- aged 24 and 27 -- allegedly ordered the dogs to attack officers after they entered the building.
