A 17-year-old boy is in police custody following a stabbing just before 1pm at Rick Hanson Secondary School.

Peel Regional Police say they were called when two 17-year-old boys got into an argument, and one stabbed the other four times with a pair of scissors.

The suspect took off, and was caught a short time later by police.

The victims was rushed to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Charges are still pending.
