Robert Turner began his radio career in CFRB's internship program 9 years ago and has never looked back. After becoming a full time technical producer Robert used his charm, humour, and cutting wit while producing many of the weekday talk shows on CFRB.A few years later Robert took on the role as the technical producer for the Bill Carroll Show, where he would become a loveable, funny sidekick for Bill and share many stories and anecdotes from his own life.While still working with Bill, Robert was named Chief Operator for CFRB, with a new set of additional responsibilities behind the scenes.Robert now looks forward to sharing with Toronto, the same charm, humour, and cutting wit that have served him well behind the scenes at CFRB.The Early Edition with Robert Turner Clips (31)

Strombo, as he is known to his friends, will be joined by co-host Bob Mackowycz Junior. Together they will talk about the important issues of the day from political change to climate change, from pop culture to your culture. Strombo's talk show marks a return to radio for George who spent five years as a popular VJ on Much Music where he hosted the New Music Show. In the past year he has hosted The Hour on CBC Newsworld. George started his broadcasting career in radio after graduating from Humber College. A lot of those years George spent working with his co-host Bob Macko Jr. Bob is now producing George's CBC Newsworld Show, The Hour. Bob began as a musician but opted to get a real job working in radio as a host, a producer and spent some time producing shows at TSN Sports Canada. Created by Canadian rock icon Greg Godovitz, he and regular CFRB contributor Bob Reid brought Rock Talk to the air on CFRB in May, 2006 and co-hosted the program together for exactly two years.
