CFRB's Silvana Aceto reports on father trys to clear name in son's death

The Court of Appeal will hear Richard Brant's case. The 36 year old man was convicted of aggravated assault almost 14 years ago in the death of his son, Dustin. The guilty verdict was based largely on evidence given by the now disgraced pathologist, Dr. Charles Smith.
