As the McGuinty government announces a $238 million investment in Toronto's infrastructure, the city is licking its lips, trying to decide where the money will go in its 2009 budget.
A huge chunk of the money will go to the TTC and the Transit City plan, so there will be room to breathe when scheduling improvements to the system.

There are other things in the city's five-year capital plan that will benefit such as the roads and construction of new buildings such as community centres.
