Five year anniversary of the Northeast blackout

August 14, 2008 marks the fifth anniversary of the Northeast blackout that left approximately 50-million Canadians and Americans in the dark. Emergency Management Ontario (EMO) Chief Dan Hefkey and EMO Public Education Officer Lisette Campbell were on Toronto at Noon with Jane Brown to talk about what Ontarians can do in the event of another wide-scale emergency and how they can be prepared.
