Swim Across Lake Ontario

Shaun Chisholm is a Toronto firefighter and an extreme athlete.  It's been 8 years since he's completed the Ironman Triathlon and now, the 40 year-old plans to swim across Lake Ontario.

The 50 kilometre swim is set to take place on the evening of August 15th.  Shaun will enter the from Niagara-on-the-Lake and and will swim throughout the night until he reaches Toronto's Marilyn Bell Park the following afternoon.

Shaun is one of the oldest male swimmers ever to attempt the swim and if successful, it will take him anywhere from 18-26 hours to complete.

So far, Shaun has raised over $20,000 and all of the money goes straight to the burn unit.
