Residents of a highrise at 2 Secord Avenue in East York hope to get some updated information on their currently "uninhabitable" building at a briefing today.

Structural engineers will be inspecting the building checking for damage from yesterday's explosion in an underground hydro vault.
The blast sent chemicals and smoke through the structure, forcing more than 200 people out.
Many spent the night at a nearby school.
