Mark Carcasole's report on Stephane Dion in Mississauga

Liberal Leader Stephane Dion says it's not yet time to force another federal election, but possibly in the fall.  He made that statement during a very campaign-like appearance in Mississauga Wednesday afternoon, hosting over a hundred people at a town hall designed to promote his Green Shift policy, which would provide monetary incentives for Canadians to cut down their emissions.

CFRB's Mark Carcasole says Dion also spoke about the issue of naming rights which has recently been hampering his plan.

Dion also told the crowd that Stephen Harper's work at this week's G8 Summit was "appalling", and that rather than waiting for underdeveloped countries to get on board, Harper should've pushed the G8 nations to act as leaders and set hard targets for emission reductions immediately.
