Toronto's creative diversity will be on display, from sunset to sunrise for this years Scotiabank Nuit Blanche.

The city's public spaces and not so common places will be transformed into temporary, free art exhibitions.

Scotiabank Nuit Blanche is a 12-hour event where everyone can enjoy contemporary art while being engaged by the performers and dialogue.

More than 500 artists and 125 cultural institutions were involved in last years event, and the TTC remained open all night for the first time in decades.

Over 800,000 art enthusiasts enjoyed Toronto's "Sleepless Night" last year, and the venue is expected to have a much larger turn-out for 2008.
