Scarborough clean up nets 3 arrests

Three people were arrested this morning after municipal crews and Toronto police arrived to clean up an industrial area on Crockford Blvd. in Scarborough. Councillor Michael Thompson was on site for the clean up and spoke to Dave Trafford on Toronto at Noon. You can listen to the interview here.
