Silvana Aceto reports on first Global Ambassador

The city is teaming up with a local comedian to help draw tourists to Toronto.  Russell Peters has been named the first Global Ambassador, a Toronto native, to talk up the city while doing stand-up around the world.

Meanwhile, Toronto has won the largest professional convention to come to the city. The American Institute of Architects Annual Meeting in June 2017. The meeting will bring more than 25,000 delegates to Toronto.
