Imagine going blind with no way to pay for the treatment

Last week the province announced  it will become  the second province in Canada to cover a new drug to fight the leading cause blindness. 

Starting this month, the province will pay for Lucentis, a ground breaking drug that helps maintain and improve vision for people suffering from age-related macular degeneration.
