Are there limits on freedom of expression? Freedom of speech? We have those freedoms guaranteed in Canada's Charter of Rights and Freedoms but some are now saying that freedom of speech is under attack in Canada and Charter Rights and multiculturalism collide. A case in point is right here in Toronto where a group of law students are taking Macleans magazine before the human rights commission over claims the magazine is anti-Muslim.
