Please make note of the Sundance Spas Prize Terms and conditions:

• Model of prize is Chelsee (MSRP of $9,995 CDN).  Model and specifications are subject to change depending on space available in winner's backyard and other relevant factors. 
• Must take delivery before November 15, 2008.
• Free delivery includes standard delivery and does not include fees associated with extra equipment such as crane, extra delivery crew required (in excess of 3 people), or cost associated with gaining access to delivery area (fence removal, deck rail removal, etc).
• Customer is responsible to ensure access of the unit and that it will fit. If they need a smaller unit, they can choose one with a MSRP value up to $10,000. If the second choice unit has a value lower then $10,000, there will be no refund or credit for the difference.  Taxes are included.  Any costs over $10,000 including tax are the winner's responsibility.
• Customer is responsible for site prep for the spa pad (making sure the area is leveled).
• Store will arrange for an Ontario certified electrician, however, customer is responsible for the cost of electrical hook-up.
