How Can I Pick Up My Prize?
Prizes can be picked up at our reception desk anytime Monday to Friday, between 8:30am - 5:30pm.
We are located at 2 St. Clair Ave. W. (north-west Corner of Yonge and St. Clair) on the 2nd Floor. The closest subway station is St. Clair. We are closed weekends and holidays.
What Do I Need to Bring?
Any form of government issued photo identification (Driver's Licence, Birth Certificate, Passport).
Can My Friend Pick Up My Prize?
Someone else can pick up your prize as long as they have a photocopy of your ID, and a note from you stating that you permit them to pick up your prize. Please make arrangements with our receptionist before doing so, at 416-924-5711.
How Long Do I Have to Pick Up My Prize?
Prizes are available to be picked up for up to 30 days after the prize winning date. If the winner is coming to pick up the prize and cannot make it the radio station in the 30 day time-frame - please notify the receptionist and arrangements will be made to hold the prize for up to 2 additional weeks.
Prizes cannot be exchanged. Prizes are as awarded and are non-transferable.
If an event (concert, movie screening etc.) is cancelled, Newstalk 1010 is not responsible for substituting a prize, or refunding any costs incurred by prize winner.
Movies - All seating for Newstalk 1010 movie premieres is on a first come first serve basis. Please arrive early to ensure your admission.
